How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Lydia's ships via FedEx SmartPost Ground delivery service. This service utilizes both FedEx and the US Postal Service for handling. In most circumstances, your package will be delivered via the US Postal Service. All standard delivery packages can be tracked at http://www.fedex.com/tracking. All P.O. Box addresses are sent via FedEx SmartPost.
FedEx Premium Ground utilizes the FedEx ground delivery network from door to door. This service will deliver your package to you faster than any other ground service.
How long until you ship my order and when will I receive it?
All in-stock items ship within 24 Hours, Monday - Friday. Orders with in-stock items placed over the weekend or on a national holiday will ship the next working business day. Continental US only. Excludes AK, HI, PR, GU, Canadian, and International orders. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping, delivered by USPS. Sorry, no weekend shipping or delivery is available. Orders shipping internationally and to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico may take 15-30 business days.
What if part of my order is backordered - shows a re-stock status?
If you have ordered multiple items, in-stock items will be shipped immediately via your requested shipping method, so as not to delay your entire order. All items with a re-stock status will ship when all backordered items have arrived in our warehouse. Maximum possible number of packages you would receive for your entire order is 2.

If you gave us your email address during checkout or you signed into your account, you will receive an email the day we ship your order. When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
Actual delivery time will depend on stock status, shipping method and distance from our North Carolina Distribution Center. It usually takes approximately 3-10 business days for you to receive your order. Our Distribution Center ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
