How do I place an embroidery order?

We’ve made it even easier to order embroidery at Lydiasuniforms.com! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Check the "Add Embroidery" box located within each item page. Please note that embroidery is only available on solid tops and jackets. If you do not see the Add Embroidery box, the item can not be embroidered. Select items cannot be embroidered. Also only select items can be embroidered on the sleeve.

2. Fill in your desired embroidery information as listed. To view all of the logos, click the "see logos" link. *Please be sure to type your embroidery information in exactly as you would like it to appear on your purchased item. All embroidery is non-returnable.* 23 characters are allowed on each line of embroidery. If you are adding a title and/or name to a stock logo, it will be embroidered below the design, unless otherwise stated.

3. Once added to your cart, you will be able to confirm, view, and edit your embroidery. Please be sure to click "update" to save any changes that are made.

4. Continue shopping or click the button within your shopping cart to go through checkout. You will be given one more opportunity to confirm your order and embroidery details.

5. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for embroidery time before receiving your customized order. Please be sure to add csr@lydiasuniforms.com to your address book in your e-mail program to ensure that e-mails don't go to your spam folder.

*Please note: Embroidery requests for profane or offensive words or phrases will not be accepted.

Can I return/exchange embroidered items?

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund any items that are embroidered unless the item is defective. Please verify all your instructions before submitting your order.

How do I place a custom embroidery order?

You can now upload and store your company logos in your My Account page. Click here for complete instructions on how this works.

Logo application charges are based on the number of stitches to sew your logo onto a garment and the quantity of garments. Most logos are about 5000 stitches. There is no minimum order for embroidery on garments.

Small - Up to 7,000 stitches
Quantity: 1-23, 24-95, 96-143 or 144 and up
Price Each: $5.50, $4.50, $3.99 or $3.50
Medium - 8,000 - 11,000 stitches
Quantity: 1-23, 24-95, 96-143 or 144 and up
Price Each: $6.99, $6.50, $5.99 or $5.50

Please note: There is a one-time $95 set-up fee for custom logos. This fee will be waived if your first order is going to be over $299.

Is there a minimum order for screen printing?

Minimum order 48 pieces (apparel sold separately).
