Koi Scrubs add trendy details to cool color combos and popular styling. Koi styles run smaller than other styles. This new scrub pant is full of features.

Want it all? Some might say that's asking too much, but we understand. These are the pants that have all the features you need. For pockets we have two large side pockets, two back flap pockets with Velcro closures and one large cargo pocket with a smaller inset pocket. The waist of the pant utilizes a comfortable drawstring. And finally, the bottom inner hem of the pant contains an elastic drawcord for easy adjustments. So if you want it all; here's your chance.

    Size

    Everyone has been saying that Koi runs small. I purchased a medium and found them way too large. I just received a small and that is much better. Maybe the tops run small. Pants are comfortable though

    Don't even think twice

    I have tried on every scrub pant out there in search of the perfect pant. This one wins hands down on comfort style and it makes the back-side look good too! I have to have a student wardrobe AND a work wardrobe. These are going to be the standard I base everything else on. KOI ROCKS!!!

    Pants or Capris....hmmm!!

    Best pants ever!!!!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE PANTS. EVERYTIME I WEAR THESE PANTS TO WORK I GET MANY COMPLIMENTS.     I love these pants. They are so soft and comfortable. I want other colours so that I can wear them more often. I think these are my new favourite pants for everything! My only complaints are that they are JR sizing and slightly more than I like to pay but they look so good and are so comfortable that the benfits outweigh the cost. I will definityl be recomending these to my cousin a nurse.

    very stylish!

    i love the lindsey pants from koi! they really coordinate well with the tops and it doesn't seem like you're wearing scrubs! i receive so many compliments when i wear koi. i have so far 10 colors and try to buy a new pair every pay period. i want all the colors!! the only complaint i have is the price and they never go on sale!!! but really worth the price. every nurse should own a pair. these pants flatter every body type!

    I liked the look and feel of this pant.But if you are one of those who doesnt habe big assets i guess this is not ofr you.I ordered the XS petite and still they are too big on mevery unflattering.

    best pants ever

    I had to count...I own these in 8 colors and they are by far my favorite pant! I get a million compliments on them. But...if you have a backside beware...they will naturally sit lower on the hips and sometimes when I sit down my undies poke out the back. Also black will fade even if you wash them in cold. The fit is totally inconsistent and every pair I own is a different length or fit all the same size too.

    Absolutely the best pants I've ever bought. I usually don't spend quite this much on uniform pants but these are well worth it. The fit is awesome and the petite length is perfect. I experienced no shrinkage after drying and the are easily ironed.

    I love these pants! They're very comfortable and stylish. I recieve compliments each time I wear them. I own 2 colors and will definitely order more! Once I have more I'm sure they will become the only style scrub pants I'll wear! The only thing I can say is that they do run big...quite big. I'm 23 and prefer the contmporary fit they provide. According to the size chart I'm a medium which I thought was odd since I don't own any medium scrubs. The XS fit much better. Be sure to order at least 1 size smaller than the chart says!

    Perfect Pants

    KOI scrubs are the best ever made for us! However I wish they would produce more SOLID TOPS especially with their new colors i.e. ANNIE's SOLID TOPS are fantastic. Many nurses love the kangoroo pockets. KOI Mfg please keep that in mind. Your print tops are not very attractive.

    These pants are quite comfortable, fit well, and look good too. My hospital co-workers are always asking where I got them and telling me how good they look. The pants are pretty functional for carrying my hemostats, scissors, etc. My only real complaint is that the "D" ring is more of a decoration than truly useful. The price is a little high too, but overall, I like them alot and have about 5 different colors so far.

    LOVE THESE!!

    I love these pants! I thought I couldn't find better than Cherokee, and then I tried these. They are soft and sturdy and room to carry all my supplies. I want a trade in program so I can have more of these. Only downside- a little expensive or I'd have given 5 stars.

    Do they run small?

    I bought these pants in two colors and love them! I actually think I may buy some more to use for rock-climbing because they are so comfortable but stylish and easy to care for. The only thing is the sizing. It says they run small so I got a S although I normally wear XS everything, usually a size 0 or 2. They are a bit too baggy but the XS would probably be too tight. Maybe I'm just in between sizes. :)

    Great Pants!

    I have these pants in 2 colors and would love to get more. They are extremely comfortable, but the only thing is that by about half way through my shift, they start slipping down, no matter how tight you tie the drawstring. I feel like I'm constantly pulling them up (and no, they're not too big). The price is a little high for scrub pants, but overall, I highly recommend these pants!

    Runs short Runs small ?

    I am new to scrubs, just recently entering a field of work that requires them. I have a size medium from Cherokee and Tafford and had to take them to the tailor and taken in an inch. I purchased the Koi Lindsey pant in Orchid small Tall. Love the color love the style and feel of the fabric unfortunately they were too small and the length was 31 inches or so not 33 and a half or even 34 inches. The cost to return them was not practical as shipping is paid by me or you both ways, even if you are exchanging. A co-worker purchased them for half price from me, she is 5'4,they fit her perfect in length. Do not know if these pants were miss marked in length or if they run short, details on this pant is not good. My first purchase with Lydias was not wonderful. I will be more careful next time, read the details thoroughly and call customer service if more info is needed. "Learning Curve"

    Love koi pants!

    Bought 4 pairs of these pants in varying colors. Pictures not accurate at all for colors. Yellow and wasabi are much much brighter in person. Also not clear is that on the pants the stitching is in a contrasting color. Overall the quality was very good. Small tear on one of the pairs of pants easily fixed with a couple of hand stitches.

    Good durable pants that run true-to-size.Nice color but I wish Koi would come out with more pastel shades.Come out of the dryer ready to wear.I have 3 other pairs of Koi pants and they have lasted for over 2 years and still look great.

    Excellent fit and value

    I am replacing all my other scrub pants with these pants. They cover my tail and my ankles, which are my trouble areas because I am tall. They also have belt loops, which is extremely convenient. They are made of the most comfortable material I've found from any brand and seem to be holding up better than my Urbane pants. The combination elastic/drawstring waistband is much more comfortable, too. Highly, highly recommended.

    Nice, but too short

    These are very well made and comfortable pants, but the talls are still too short for me. I am 5'10" and it is hard for me to find scrub pants that are long enough, so I wasn't too surprised. Other than that, a good product.

    Curvy scrubs!

    These pants are the equivalent of ON's "sweetheart" jeans. Perfect rise, perfect rear coverage, and perfectly curve-enhancing. Very flattering (my husband wants me to wear them all the time!).

    I'm 5'4" and the regular length is just a little long (the knee darts actually line up with my knees, though) and the ankle cords keep them off the ground just fine. I wear a 14 and the Large fit nicely, but I wanted a baggier pant so I got the XL. They are little loose but if I tie the drawstring (instead of leaving the strings loose, like I prefer), the pants stay put.

    I only needed 2 colors for school but I'll be getting at least 2 more for personal use. They are *that* great.

    Love Them!

    These pants are GREAT! I think I'm going to buy some just to wear out and about every day. If you aren't wearing a scrub top no one would even notice that they are scrubs. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do wrinkle a bit easily, but the fabric is super soft and they are a comfy fit without the typical scrub look. I normally wear size 10 pants and a Medium in Cherokee brand scrubs but I got Large in these and they fit great.

    Love Koi!

    These pants are the softest and most comfortable scrubs I own. I usually have to buy long and then they're too long but the regular length is perfect. Love Koi!

    In love with these pants

    Best pants ever. They feel and look great. I love the back pockets!! I also love the feel of the fabric. I bought my normal size and it was true to size. The black was just a little bit smaller at the thigh area but still fit great. The greys fit perfect!! You will love the style and feel of these pants.

    favorite pants

    These are the only pants I wear because they are so comfortable & fit well. I just wish the inner thighs did not wear thru so easily. I do not have fat thighs that rub together :)
    The fabric is a little too flimsy to prevent this problem.

    Best Pants Ever

    I have these pants in many colors. They are the most comfortable pants ever. I have some that are from a couple of years ago and still look perfect.

    I have previously bought the koi lindsley slacks and tops for work and just love them. The slacks are just the right length and fit perfect. They wear great, I have had some for at least 3 yrs.

    Greatest Scrub Pants!

    Koi scrub pants are the absolute best scrub pants I've owned over my nursing career! Not only are they very cute & stylish, but, they are extremely durable and don't fade quickly. I love the fabric! Its soft and a thicker material, which is great since I live in Michigan. Best of all, they are extremely comfortable!

    Great Scrub Pant

    These are such easy-wear pants. Great sizing, true to measurements, and nice petite option. The waist stays where it should and does not show any goods when bending or moving! I bought the black and found they were sort of a lint-magnet, but maybe that will improve with time.

    My Favorite Scrub Pants

    These are my favorite scrub pants! In fact they are currently the only ones I wear! I have them in almost every color they make :). I am 5'8 and I buy the tall, which fit perfectly! I love all the pockets!

    Wow

    These are the most comfortable scrub pants I have ever worn! If they get wet they dry within a couple of minutes! Lots of pockets for all the stuff I carry with me! I would love to be able to own a pair in every color! I have a lot of other brand but since I started wearing these I will not wear my other ones!!

    Awesome!

    These are by *far* my favorite scrub pants. I bought one pair, and after wearing them once went back and order 4 more. They are incredibly comfortable, stylish, unique, and well made. Sizing runs a little bit more true than many scrub brands - I'm a small woman and XS fits me fairly well (only slightly too big). XS in most other brands are falling off me. I would recommend these scrubs to anyone - they are well worth the difference in price!

    Fantastic

    My favorite pants by far of any that I have tried... Soft, cottony, breathable ( I live in the Florida keys, and the old people don't know what ac is) they fit perfect, they are comfortable, they don't shrink, but i still get the longs....and I actually love them so much that I have them in every color. No matter what top I wear, usually a pattern koi top, with one if the many many colors Lydia's uniforms, scrubs and beyond, and kio.com can offer me. I have special ordered a color and it comes in the same time a regular color comes in. I honestly get so many complements on these pants that I wear them, that when I go out... i wear a cute t shirt with them, and always get a complement. Love love love them, never stop making these pants..... And I will never stop buying them. I love koi Lindsay nurse pants!!!!!

    Very comfortable and attractive

    Don't let the price deter you. If you wear scrubs every day, you should get the comfortable, flattering ones. I really like that they have a bungee on the cuffs, since I am too tall for petite but slightly too short for regular inseam. I wish I had purchased Koi for all of my scrub sets.
