Shop
1. Use the Shop By Catalog, Advanced Search, Product Index, and Brand Boutique options all located on the top tool bar of the website. With our Shop By Catalog option, you can shop by using your catalog, and clicking on the page number. The Advanced Search lets you search by Gender, Brand, Color, Size, and Style. Our Product Index gives you a full index of our scrubs departments. And shop by brand name with our Brand Boutique.
2. Use our Advanced Search located in the left tool bar to shop by Gender, Brand, Color, Size, and Style.
3. You can also use the Shop By Catalog, Print Finder, Size Finder, and Fabric Finder all located under the Advanced Search in the left navigational bar. If you're looking for something specific, try clicking on any of the links located under Women's Scrubs and Men's Scrubs .
Review
Clicking on an image or title of an item will take you to the product page. This page lists all the details about the item such as price, available colors, fabric content, and matching coordinate colors. You can review this information before adding the item to your order.
Add to the Order
1. Select your color and size: View all of the sizes and colors available in the item you are considering by using the drop-downs. Then make your selection.
2. Click the Add to Order button: After you have successfully added an item to your order, you can review the item by clicking on the product name.
-To modify the quantity, edit the quantity field and then click Update Order
-To remove an item, uncheck the product checkbox, then click Update Order
-To shop some more, use the Dropdown Menu at the top of the page, or use your browser Back button.
-If you are finished shopping, click on Proceed to Checkout.
Checkout - Completing the Order
1. If you are not already viewing the contents of your order, click Shopping Bag above the grey navigation bar at the top of any page. Then click the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of your order listing.
2. Choose your Registration Option.
a. I am a first time customer, register me: We will save shipping and billing information for future checkouts. You will be prompted for customer information and will create a userID and password.
b. I am a returning customer, Login: We will retrieve your customer information after proper submission of UserId and password.
c. I don't want to register now: It is possible to checkout without a user registration, but for your convenience our registration feature will retain your customer information for quick checkouts.
3. Confirm Shipping and Billing address and phone information: If you are a returning customer and have properly logged in, this information will be retrieved. Confirm the information and proceed to the next step.
4. Other Information/Comments: Enter any questions or comments relating to your order.
5. Shipping Method: Select whether you want your order to ship using a standard method, or if you prefer to upgrade to a faster method.
6. Choose Payment Method: We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa. Choose your payment method, enter your card number and expiration date.
7. Order Summary and Confirmation: Your order details will be displayed for your review. You can make any corrections by clicking the <Back button, otherwise to confirm a correct order click the Order button.
Order Complete
Your order will be confirmed and an order number will be assigned. Please print the confirmation page and retain this information for your records. We will email you as items in your order ship, and as we obtain updates on the status of your order. You can expect your standard delivery order within 5-8 business days.
