How To Measure for Scrubs and Medical Uniforms
Chest – The best way to measure your chest is to keep your arms straight and relaxed. Take the tape measure and measure around the fullest part of your chest. Be sure the tape measure is not too tight.
Waist – While standing normally, measure the narrowest part of your natural waistline (this is usually around your belly button). Be sure the tape measure is not too tight around your waist.
Hips – The fullest part of your hip area is where you want to measure. Stand with your legs together, and again, be sure the tape measure isn’t too tight.
Inseam – Your inseam can be measured by starting at the top of the inner seam of your pants, and measuring it down to the bottom of the pant leg.
